Program Rules

Only real, human, and voluntarily-generated traffic is accepted. Incentivised, bot, iframe, hidden, or otherwise artificially-generated traffic is strictly forbidden.

Cookie-stuffing, forced clicks, auto-refresh, and any technique that manipulates attribution is a material breach of these rules and will result in immediate termination.

Every landing page and pre-lander used in your funnels must be truthful, non-misleading, and comply with the advertising standards of the target jurisdiction.

Adult, hate, extremist, violent, or copyright-infringing platforms.

Websites and pages targeting minors or that fail to enforce a strict 18+ gate.

Search-engine bidding on WinGates or partner-brand trademarks, misspellings, and close variants without prior written consent.

Unsolicited email, SMS, push, or WhatsApp campaigns that violate anti-spam legislation.

Any medium that guarantees winnings, refunds, or presents gambling as a solution to financial problems.

You may only send traffic from countries and regions explicitly listed as active in the affiliate dashboard.

It is your responsibility to verify that gambling is legal in the jurisdiction you target and that our brands hold a valid licence to operate there.

Traffic from sanctioned or embargoed territories is prohibited and will be reversed without payout.

Only official creatives, logos, and copy provided inside the affiliate dashboard may be used to promote our brands.

Any modification, translation, or derivative work must be approved by your account manager before it goes live.

You must not present yourself as an official representative of WinGates or any of our brand partners.

All promotional material must include a clearly visible 18+ (or higher, where required) age gate.

You must link to responsible-gambling resources such as self-exclusion tools, deposit limits, and support helplines where required by local law.

Promoting our brands to self-excluded or vulnerable individuals is strictly prohibited.

Commissions are calculated on Net Revenue after bonuses, chargebacks, fraud losses, gaming duties, and payment-processing fees.

Negative carry-over from a previous period may be deducted from future commissions until the balance is neutralised.

The Company reserves the right to review, adjust, or reverse any commission demonstrably generated by prohibited traffic.

The minimum payout threshold is EUR 100 (or the equivalent in your account currency). Balances below the threshold roll over automatically.

Payouts are processed monthly, typically within the first ten (10) business days following the closure of the reporting month.

You are solely responsible for reporting affiliate income to the tax authority of your jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to investigate any account that exhibits signs of fraudulent activity, unusual patterns, or bonus abuse.

During an investigation, commissions related to the disputed traffic may be withheld. Confirmed fraud results in the forfeiture of all pending balances and permanent account closure.

Legal action may be taken to recover damages caused by fraudulent activity.
